They've made this seat-deprived train pretty much unusable for the disabled during peak hours. There needs to be a roped off area of the train for access only by the disabled during peak hour, without crowding and with enough seats for us disabled folks to travel safely.

Fyi, I totally had the same problem, but losing out on 'only' $4000 of gains due to Westpac not letting me transfer money to a crypto exchange during a down period. It was the second time Westpac made this error on me in security's name. www.afr.com/technology/w...

Banging my back by dropping a glass sparkling water bottle over my shoulder and swinging helps clear out my lungs. Any "jolt" does, including a low jump with the determination to make a hard landing. Has to be repeated a half dozen times or so, though.

Only the Green Party has spoken up on long covid. Labour promised to help clinically vulnerable and roll out clean air before they were elected. Now they have taken away more vaccines and done nothing. People are dying due to the lack of care on this.
