#ARSE IT'S SOURDOUGH DAY AGAIN!!! Oh how I've missed you! 2 days in the office saps me of the will to live. So Doughley2 has done me proud again, 2 days in the fridge and this dough is nearly ready for the oven. Think I might also do the welshcakes today. Ps i'm obsessed with the dough...sorry.

#ARSE MUFFINS TO YOU I'm trying a few sourdough English Muffins today, started the dough off last night and now it's looking good and bubbly. The tomato soup from Sunday was good but lacking in depth as I didn't have any stock to put in. But I have some to freeze anyway.

ok #GoodOmens folks, I'll be in London tomorrow late morning/midday/early afternoon for work, and while I won't be able to give a tour, I will be popping to Tavistock Square garden to leave a gift pack on the bench there. Happy to meet up with other fans at St. Pancras/Euston stations too.
