My 20 year old collegiate sister-in-law and I got out a 16×12 whiteboard to stop spinning on some decisions she has coming up. I "drove" first by holding the expo & dictated/recounted the open questions in her life: "should I keep working at the campus gym", "should I move my major to minor" etc
