Today’s break from reality. Birds, especially small fast ones, are very difficult to photograph. I stood still and took many shots to get this black capped chickadee image. Our chickadee parents have just completed their nest so egg laying will begin any time now. Typically overnight.

Awww….we have black capped chickadee eggs in the nest box. They hatch about two weeks after incubation which doesn’t start until all the eggs are laid. This is just an iPhone pic as there’s no way to get my good camera in there.
