Obama had a Super Majority for 72 days plenty of time to Codify Roe and Gun Control. On top of that, why didn't Kennedy retire so a suitable replacement could be named in Democratic all the way Massachusetts. Additionally they had enough Votes to shave off the Filibuster for Both Issues. #Obama
