Morning World. In Liverpool with my Daughter 4 Hour drive to here yesterday she's on the beach and her sneakers are wet and sandy and now she is taking my socks of me to go into the town centre and spend all my money. Have a safe and good Day where every you are. PEACE in Ukraine.

Watching a programme about Fentanyl and how it's dropping people in Canada and the USA. I went through the Aids crisis when I was an ambulance man in London UK in the 80s and 90s. It's a sad indictment on the crisis that seems to be sweeped under the proverbial. Bless them all.

Having a Bad day today. My Mental Health is bad. I was a Paramedic in London UK for almost 17 years and it has left scar's on my body and mind. I have delivered 7 Babies to this world, and sadly touched the cold flesh of those young and old. Bless you all and those you hold dear. PEACE

I was in LA, Hollywood, to be precise in 1994. The people were wonderful but the town was a bit scruffy. We were in the Earthquake 19 floors up in our hotel. I know people lost there lives, and many structures destroyed but as a man from the UK it was the highlight of my Holiday. PEACE in UKRAINE

It isn't lost to me with the War in Ukraine, I'm not here to knock the USA. But am concerned with President Trumps views on the European War and the ongoing desperate struggle they are going through. Had a wonderful time with my Adult Kids last night in my new flat. They built my bed and did some laundry for me. For context I was living in a caravan out in the country here in the UK and was miserable. I want to thank Amanda who pulled me out of the near homeless life to this. PEACE

So i spent most of my day in my new flat cleaning my Mug/Tea cup collections and remembered two of them one Black and one white with an Orc on them are almost as Old as my Son who is 36. And there in good nick, they lived on the wall in my last place. And I have more to clean and display. PEACE

So Last month I was living in a cold caravan with hord of cats and a peacock 🦚. And now am in sheltered housing. Today i received a recliner chair and foot stool from my very kind neighbours and also a electric fryer from another kind person. Bless them for caring for me. PEACE

So I'm a Dad of two. One Boy one Girl, I love them but the Girl always phones me up for an emergency £10 as she needs an energy drink and a sandwich. I don't mind but come on almost every day. But her boyfriend is a Star, and works very hard. I want a grand child. Have a happy day everyone. PEACE
