Same as with health/activity tracking devices.
They are useful for calibration once in a while, but the goal should be that you feel what you need.

I think itβs also a lot about finding a work environment where you have
- some degree of freedom in decisions (area of autonomy)
- sufficient recognition for your work
In addition to having some balance beside work with the factors that you mention.
