My big wheelchair is playing silly buggers. The supposed range of ~20 miles is now ~5 miles, and for the last half-mile or so of that, it stops dead every time it tries to tackle a mild incline (eg dropped kerbs). Engineer coming over Tuesday.

Took Jamie with me for voting and playground "before it gets too hot". Currently sitting in a McDonald's, cooling down nicely, but becoming aware of the number of greenfly stuck in my sun cream... Hoping to get a shower when we get home.

Got some broad direction on what English and Maths areas to try and hit (using my own resources, obvs). Apparently it is Careers Week and also Active Citizenship. Not sure how to teach either of those, especially to an autistic kid currently not in school. Ideas welcome because I am at a loss.
