"oh no, this'll make the right wing mad!" Buddy they get into a frothing rage over like, cereal mascots and cartoon characters and the mere existence of gay people and what oil a French fry is cooked in and women knowing how to read, etc. They'll get mad anyway, no matter what. Tell em to fuck off

A little bit of afternoon hail today. I got more rain during this little storm than I did with all the severe storms that blew through last night. Those seemed to track either just north or just south of me. These aren't quite pea-sized. #BouncyRaindrops

I had my last eye laser procedure this AM. Got there a little early & was finished before my actual appointment time. They cleaned the scuz off the inserted lens so it doesn’t look like frosted glass. Temporary floaters are a side effect, & I keep seeing movement on my right side. #YAGCapsulotomy

These flowers have been coming up in the middle of my iris for several years. I'm not sure what they are and don't remember planting them. Anyone know what they are? Google says nodding blue lily but I don't remember ever purchasing anything with that name.

Had a dr appt this morning - took almost an hour to drive 21 miles. Then I started/completed/filed my taxes. Plus I folded some towels. I pretty much think I deserve to lay on the couch the rest of the day and watch #Stargate. Whaddya think?

Just got back from neurologist. My CT, MRI, EEG were all normal. Now she wants to do a sleep study (uh, no thanks) and occupational therapy for low vision (ditto). Otherwise there's nothing can be done for my #NeurologicalLongCovid symptoms. Gaah, what a waste of my time.

Our lab is on the 2nd floor and the building’s elevator broken (as usual). I got the basketball team to move stuff downstairs during 4th block and then the team loaded our trailer after school. I’m going to ask the principal to move us to a first floor room for next year!

About 20 years ago I planted some daffodils between the boxwoods and nandina in my front flower bed. About 15 years ago I had the shrubs ripped out and put in hostas and ferns. A clump of daffodil was too close to the hostas so in the fall I dug them up and planted them elsewhere.

Thanks to the 2 wedge shaped parts we printed for our robot it got the name Cheddar Cheese. Would it be offensive to anyone if we said the robot’s pronouns were Cheez-It? (“It” is a pronoun, so…) if not we want to make a button or a sticker for the robot. However we don’t want to offend. Thanks!
