I've actually ended up blocking a couple of artists who notice that their works with alt text do better, and when I checked the alt text it was just a period or something just to make it LOOK like it has alt text I hope your pens all break and your drivers corrupt if you do this

Just my 2 cents. But my goal is to ignore the trolls. Give them zero attention. Block them if they annoy me. I think the worst thing we can do on this site is re-create the ad hominem/ personal attacks that occur across comments on Twitter/insta/tiktok/ etc
