Of the 10 teams that allowed the most hits on ground balls last season, only the Phillies made the postseason.

This just in: Hell has officially frozen over.

I wish there was a Sean McDonough network where all sports had Sean doing the play-by-play. He’s the best in every sport.

The Yankees have signed Manager Aaron Boone to a two-year contract extension through the 2027 season. Let me get ahead of the haters - this is a smart move. Boonie is the third Yankees manager to make the playoffs in 6 of his first 7 seasons, joining Casey Stengel and Joe Torre.

Great insight from @craigcalcaterra.bsky.social "If I had to guess right now (Clayton) Kershaw, Justin Verlander, and Max Scherzer will all pitch their last games in 2025. If I'm right about that it'll be a hell of a Hall of Fame induction class in 2031."

There were only five pitchers, who were active in 2024 who have thrown 1000+ innings for just one ball club. Only four will get to continue that streak into 2025.
