Threw my back out, & was mildly amused (and very grateful) that I was able to order a cane on DoorDash through a pharmacy on New Year’s Day. I can do many things through the weightlifting belt, cane, ice packs, & ibuprofen which strengthen me.

Paramedic engine & transport unit stops across the street from my house. My first reaction was to throw on my coat/boots, grab some gloves, & go to help. The adrenaline is making me shaky & I miss EMS & I hate PTSD.
