Today, the Republican leaders of North Carolina's state legislature are voting to spend nearly $500 million *additional* taxpayer dollars on private school vouchers. Those vouchers are earmarked for applicant tiers 2, 3 and 4 - the wealthiest. Literal subsidies for the wealthy. #northcarolina
