Dinner turned out very well last night! Gochujang braised beef with bean sprouts and green onions. It was spicy and tender and flavorful. Definitely going on the semi regular rotation.

Work decided that they'd like to be open after all. So they asked people to volunteer, offering time and a half pay, plus a floating holiday to use at our leisure. I immediately signed up for a 10 hr shift.
