Ah yes, the United States, a country famously with neither the will nor means to compel another country to behave in accordance with its wishes.

International students are an asset, not a liability. They've been valuable members of every class I've taught, and their participation has enriched the experience of all. (Their tuition, also, helps fund financial aid for US citizens). Trump is treating them all like criminals.
