The best 7/10 you're probably not playing is digimon cyber sleuth. It's a pretty barebones JRPG but the digivolution mechanic of evolving and devolving your monsters is hella addictive. Story is pretty good as well, as it deals with themes of self and identity, which is pretty heavy.

Biggest disappointment of 2024: Kingdom Hearts 3. I know it came out a few years ago, but it came out on Steam this year and I gave it a replay. Still unchallenging. Still an overly self-indulgent game that amps up the Disney love. And worst of all, they tried to rehabilitate the villain. Ugh
