BTW, my dad had polio when he was just a young boy. He was damaged by it.Polio is a real thing. I stood in the line up in 1963, grade 3, to receive my sugar cube with the polio vaccine in it. I’ve also seen the Iron Lung in action and cared for patients with polio.
