I couldn't wait after finishing Y6, I just HAD to start Y:LAD. I knew it was an RPG but it also has a JOB SYSTEM and a full social stat system? I'm fucking IN! Also Ichiban is instantly a fun likeable protag and I'm barely into the game yet. I'm hyped for this new era of the franchise.

I just finished Yakuza 6. I'm honestly speechless. I cried so much throughout this story. What an end of 7 amazing games. I know there's still Gaiden and he's in Y8 but it's a weird feeling knowing Kiryu's "main" saga is over. I can now say this series is now in my Top 10 favorites franchises.

Loving Yakuza 6 so far! The plot hook is wildly different from previous games and I am IN! It's great to play a game using the Dragon Engine again, everything looks so freaking crisp. I'm also in love with the setting of Onomichi for this game! It gives the game a unique feel.

I guess the good thing about the PSN outage today is that I finished Yakuza 5! Aside from some weird pacing and a weird resolution in it's final chapters, this game was phenomenal. The overarching theme of Fulfilling Dreams gave this game a wholly different vibe and I loved it! Soon, I start Y6!
