I fully intend to spend as much time as possible in this rediscovered creek bottom. The black water in the creek is simply hypnotizing. Love the reflection of the trees and sky. I need a lot more practice to really capture the magic in this area via photos. #Nikon 📷🌿

We have a name for the log bridge - Possum Crossin'. Thank you @cneufeld.bsky.social . Below is the log bridge in daytime. It was a mighty River Birch, at least 20" in diameter and now easily spans this 25' stream. Tree fell due to water flow. 📷🌿🦊🦝
