This is garlicky mojo-roasted pork and salami on homemade roasted garlic focaccia with melty Havarti and giardiniera. All sorts of flavors & textures that blend into one fantastic sandwich inspired by a sandwich I found online that's clearly taking inspiration from a Tampa-style Cuban.
