Want to say if any academic identified with the left who was even 1/4th as influential as Yarvin is said something as offensive as “put the church Blacks in charge of the ghetto Blacks,” it would lead the coverage and call for a round of soul-searching for everyone left of center.

Amen, Kate! Can’t tell you how many times reporter friends haven’t liked a headline, and even though they’re the ones paying for it publicly, they throw up their hands because they don’t want to get into a fight. Fight! You’re the one who will have to deal with the consequences, not your editors.
