Important update: I just got messaged back, and he acknowledged that his tweet was extremely poorly worded and that he got dozens of messages regarding it. As it would turn out, a MASSIVE misunderstanding occured. I'm still very frustrated with the way he treats his clients.

The artist in question is Cxcxxcxxxx/Lemontree on Twitter. After taking payment and leading me on for a year, he made this post and then stopped responding to my messages like he usually would.

Scammed out of a commission I waited more than a year for after paying. Months of excuses, begging for more time, missed (self imposed) deadline after deadline for updates. Then in the end he decides to cut and run, announcing on that he's moving on and stops responding to my messages...
