Was gonna spend the afternoon writing but I did not charge my tablet. Figured I’d aim for the evening, but it appears I don’t know how an electrical outlet works. The universe is telling me I need to work on my virtual sushi restaurant - I’m not in control of my destiny anymore 🤷‍♀️

What makes Retro Gaming SO great, you might ask? 1. No DLC or updates. Games are what they are, bugs and all, but complete packages that can be enjoyed without the need for updates. You buy the disc/cart, you get the full vision and content of the game. Forever. 2. See #1

Cleaning, done; errands, done; packing.. semi-done (it’s fiiiiine). Today’s secondary goal is to finish writing chp 10, but this lil fish/sushi game has such a chokehold of me (guys, we need more sharks 😫)

We were given a used NES when I was a kid. Trying to beat the OG Mario became a nightly family endeavor that mom REALLY got into. While she was recovering from her hip replacement in Dec/Jan, she asked if it was still possible to play after 30 years. We fell right back into that family ritual
