"trump take egg!" I shout as I crest the hill. a bullet strikes me and I fall. my brother in arms behind me takes my rifle from my weakening grasp. "trump take egg" ,I mumble as the color leaves my vision. "trump take egg", he reassures me as he gently closes my eyes, before rejoining the advance.

Zoning in theory: we need land use regulation to keep homes away from sources of pollution. Zoning in practice: the only places you can build new housing are right next to the highways and high-traffic streets that are your city’s largest sources of pollution.

I just remembered I had a dream I was riding with someone in a cybertruck and it was wallowing all over the road like a walrus on rollerskates anyways I’m still half convinced anything larger than a Honda Odyssey should require a separate license class

The next frontier in parking reform after minimum requirements: parking standards. How large the stalls must be, how flat the slopes must be, etc. Roomier standards essentially act as subsidies for SUVs and pickup trucks, forcing developers to accommodate them at everybody else’s expense.

trump take milk

the mayor is trying to take away your right to drink the TSA line jungle juice. don’t fall for it, folks

my “street parking is homophobic” shirt is raising a lot of questions that are already answered by my shirt

pretty sure I’m getting dinged by our building for this so y’all might as well see it

three (3) council members insisted on more feedback on this bill from the remarkably unrepresentative neighborhoods “protected” by MHZC, and not a single one of them (that I heard) mentioned feedback from Nashvillians outside them that shoulder the costs but don’t share in the benefits

Angie Henderson has the patience of Job and whatever she gets paid is not enough

I look forward to CM Gadd reaching out to tenants in her district that pay higher rents because of MHZC’s work to see how they feel about moving it to the planning department

my thought on Fusus that no one asked for is that, considering the number of hit and runs that happen in Nashville, I wish MNPD had enough public trust for it to work as intended

logged on to the council meeting just in time to hear CM Vo say “good intentions do not erase harm.” queen

if we have both ADHD and a chronic illness, do we get to pick which camp we go to, or how does that work
