Now I'm stuck in a week-long weight plateau for some reason, and it's getting frustrating. I eat a max of 1,700 kcal per day (averaging 1,654 kcal) and weigh everything I eat for accurate counts. Plus, I always walk at least 10,000 steps daily (10,517 average.) Bodies are weird.
