Attention Nerds!!! Specifically #LateAntiquity nerds and #ArthurianLegend Nerds. I need help. I have a shield to be painted and I want to paint the Virgin Mary on for my King Arthur kit, but how should I go about that? Certainly using the Mauri Osismiaci shield pattern would be easier but I'm unsure

I've been busy the past couple weeks, between a couple of health issues of family, and going full production mode for living history kit, I haven't had much time for too much content. I got some shield cores that I'll paint, one for my Artorius Rex kit I'm working on.

Whoever is praying to Skaði for a winter wonderland land on the Mid Atlantic, Imma need you to stop.

Been going into full production mode for updating and making new Kit for the coming living history season. Repairing old tunics, making new ones upgrading my subarmalis, etc. not sure how often I'll be able to do my usual videos, but I've got some cool plans for a kit this spring.

didn't USAID play a role in helping South Africa facilitate an end to Apartheid by helping victims of apartheid? didn't Musk's family benefit from Apartheid? 🤔 curious. Well I'm sure it's not related.

I find it interesting that despite the German sounding name (which is a modern name, btw), spangenhelms probably come from nomadic Iranian tribes, or rather was at least spread by them. youtube.com/shorts/Zh42d...

He REALLY REALLY hates getting fact checked clearly.

Fascism heavily uses the spectacle to spread, normalize, and aggrandize itself, often misappropriating history to do so. Fortunately making a mockery of it, causes some spectacular tantrums, delegitimizes themselves, and disrupts their plans. 🧵

Anyone else fond the fact that the emblem of the dictatorship in the Charlie Chaplin movie "The Great Dictator", being an X a little... Prophetic?
