Finally getting around to season 2 of Arcane. Holyyy shit that first episode was crazy. If I'm crying now, I'm scared what happens down the line because I've seen a few spoilers w/o context. Limiting to 1 ep per day. Otherwise, I'll get nothing done...

After this particular Anime Impulse, I'm realizing how many people I've met & made friends with at cons. I didn't realize I had so many people/friends that I can talk to about by niche interests! It feels nice to be understood like that. Despite wanting to stop tabling, I'm happy that I do.

Okayyy Grammys! This was probably the first time I felt that a majority of the winners felt well deserved. The Weekend performing was an absolute GAG. Artists deserve recognition for their work & I think the Grammys took a step in the right direction. Always room for improvement.

Tried out a vogue dance class today. Performance was not the worst, and not the best. But you know what? I finished on beat and didn't freeze up so that's cool 👌 I can get the moves when broken down, but not when it's put together at full speed and remember, so that's something to work on lol.

For 2024, I think I actually completed my goals - to make 5 kinds of merch and donate/ recycle 5 bags of clothes. I'm getting used to making reasonable goals for myself. Around this time of year, I feel kind of a failure. I mean, I'm not where I want to be. But I definitely not where I was before.

Trying to find places to donate clothes, kitchen appliances, blankets, etc. in bulk that people would benefit from is proving to be difficult. The "big" organizations are kinda shady the more I look into them. As much as I want to take an easy option, I'm currently looking at small organizations 🫠
