Saw this while scrolling with the flu 😷 I loathe treadmill running but dislike the cold as well. My 12 min pace on the treadmill showed 8-9 pace on my Garmin. Hoping this helps me adjust and keep up with my progress. 5 weeks until my marathon! 🏃🏼‍♀️ Happy Running! #garmin #roadrunner #runchat

Got a new PR in my 10k! Those are always fun. Had to circle back to the house to shed a layer. One of the hardest things for me is to not stop my watch on a training run. Walked a tiny bit to try the Gu gels and well…. They’re gooey. #runner #runnerish #garmin #roadrunner
