People living with #ALS (PWLALS) count on #Medicare and Medicaid. Medicare needs to be expanded to cover at least 40 hours of caregiving per week for PWALS. The cost of care is outrageous and unaffordable. You can't leave someone at home who can't walk, breath,eat or use their hands.
