You guys, I really want to cry right now. There's just so so so so much horribleness happening, with no relief in sight. I can't even think about what's next, because it seems it's always worse. I feel like there's a pallet of cinder blocks hanging by a string just overhead.

I am glad that today the governor signed a new law repealing New York's ban on providing food and water to people waiting in line to vote. However, it should be clearly noted that this was the result of successful litigation brought by the Brooklyn NAACP -- which the state fought and lost in court.
