He nails it.

In doing some research on the G7 summit for 2025, I want to go on a fun speculative rant. The G7 wasn't always the G7, for those of us who have only joined politics since the Trump era. Russia was a member from 1997, up until 2014 when it was kicked out for Crimea (which it was never punished for)🧵

Brains are chemical soup. Chemical imbalances are fixed with other chemicals, not sitting in nature. Medication is vitally important for these people, and a war on that concept is dangerous to public health. It pairs with anti-Vax sentiments, and will harm millions

Can you imagine if the people protesting outside planned parenthood cared as much about nazis as they did about a clump of cells dying? Honestly, while they are the lefts mortal enemy, they are a powerful force, it would be nice if we could sic them against Elon and Tesla

That is 50 cents from every man, woman, and child in America, paying for this ad campaign to thank trump. Your taxes, wasted by his own request, in an attempt at self publicity and gratification. He didn't have enough people stroking him, so he also had to stroke himself, on your dime. 5 dimes

www.reddit.com/r/polls_for_... In light of the Vancouver stabbing involving Ian Koldenhof, this week's topic was bail reform. It's a difficult line to walk, as I think Canada's bail system isn't poorly built, just poorly executed, and laws on the books are good. I also discuss the US

Medicaid is not for sale. NASA is not for sale. The Post Office is not for sale. America is not for sale. We have an obligation to resist kings. We outnumber them. And they can be overwhelmed.

The full clip www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou... The governor of Maine flattened trump. He threatened her to comply with the EO or lode federal funding, and her response - interrupting him - was see you in court. To his face, called him out. Maine, you should be proud AF of your governor Janet Mills

Key notes: Trump appointed him in 2020, when he made those fine leader comments Hegseth said in November that this guy needed to be fired because he was too "Woke". Hegseth said "either, you're in for warfighting, or that's it", which is A) not how the word either works, and B) irrelevant, QC 4⭐️

I don't know if this is UK, US, or Canada, but I'm in favor anyways. This is an easy one. Buy your food in advance, and just stay home, walk to a park, watch a movie you own, read a book. One day, would send shockwaves through boardrooms. One week, and people could overthrow a country

Reminders that we are not propaganda: We give credit to the others idea where it's due (though that's been a while) We engage in shades of Grey We target intellectuals and reasonable arguments. If you're like me, and ever wonder for even a moment that we might be the bad guys: we aren't.

There is no good evidence linking vaccines to autism . But there is evidence of not geting vaccine linked to polio

Industries that should never prioritize profits: Libraries Healthcare services Education services Emergency services Transportation services Industries that need to be added to this list: Food services Housing services Communications services Energy services We pay taxes for this reason

So, one of the other excellent ideas posed to me was protesting the G7 summit in Kananaskis AB, when Trump will be in canada from the 15th to the 17th of June. If there are any Canadians or americans interested in joining, feel free to DM me. Organizing takes many hands, I'd love some

I’ve seen some strong senators and governors getting vocal about the orange stain today. I think we will see much more pushback going forward. Even Pence stepped up to publicly reprimand Trump today. We need strong leaders.

Trump, like putin and Xi, pose a threat to the world. There's a reason that even as a Canadian, I dedicate myself to staying informed on these issues. Because they will inevitably affect us, if it hasn't already. You owe it to your neighbour's, your children, and your country, to oppose this

Proud canadian, proudly saying I intend to follow all of these except perhaps one. I MAY intend to travel to the US to participate in a protest. Not sure yet. Also, if you have a problem with any of these, raise it now. I'd love to explain more

"Bring actual weapons to this fight" is definitely language that I would be upset with Trump using. So, the moment they hold him to those standards, this may be worth denouncing. However, I don't think this is anything more than oppression of free speech.

#Lawsky Can anyone explain to me why the highlighted portion is so important? I get the rest of it entirely. And I kind of get the whole "well if we have this, we can use plea deals more easily", but I just don't get it. Please, someone, explain like I'm 5, why the government shouldn't be allowed
