Well, I'm glad I called the rental office to ask for a final invoice for the car 99% covered by insurance while mine was repaired! Turned out the collision people parked it in their lot and never arranged to return it :-( No extra charge for their mistake.

I know that cases like this are hugely discovery dependent and therefore a hard lift to ask for someone to take on pro bono, but if any lawyer out there feels the burning need to fuck up a company that's being blasé as fuck about killing multiple cats, Kiki has loads of provable monetary damages.

Bird flu somehow got into the house of this indoor only multi cat family. The eldest already succumbed, 2 are in intensive care w pneumonia, others being monitored closely.
