Ever since my dad died 2 years ago, I’ve been piling on the pounds. I just didn’t care what I ate. Until about 2 weeks ago I found myself out of breath 5 mins into walking the dog. Since then I’ve been a lot more mindful about my food intake and have lost 9lbs. Let’s gooo!
