This is a heavy one. It is about wanting to be the best support possible to a sibling in crisis and the uncertainty of what that can mean moment to moment. This poem received an honourable mention from the League of Canadian Poets summer contest and I am proud of it. poets.ca/emergency-co...

I have been having a lot of disturbing dreams lately so I was very appreciative this morning that my brain gave me a dream where I was SO excited I was about to meet Kermit. I lost my mind when I found out his nephew Robin was coming too. (Never actually met them but the anticipation was amazing.)

I just completed my last of 12 medical appointments in a two month period. Specialists, MRI, testing, follow ups. I do not recommend. I continue to be tired.
