My household did not watch the Super Bowl. We usually do. This time my son was fussy and struggling, my husband wasn’t feeling well, and frankly, we just didn’t give a damn. Not this year. All I was interested in was the halftime show and I knew I could watch that later.

Today we are all home sick. 🤧 We are all resting and somewhat medicated. I started a Netflix show, Call the Midwives. My aunt told me about it. It’s based on a memoir. It’s making me so emotional 🥹 Feels like women have always lacked support on their motherhood journey. Hits home. I recommend.
