Event FAQs Can I sign up to write a story *and* do art? We appreciate your enthusiasm! But, in order to simplify the matching process we are asking people to enter one category only. In the event that we get very uneven amounts of applicants, we may ask some people if they would like to switch.

Event FAQs! How much art is required? At least one fully complete illustration, whatever that means for your art style. Art can be traditional or digital but must be uploaded in a format that can be embedded into the story. If you want to do more, title cards, section headers etc are customary.

Event FAQs How long do the stories need to be? Big Bang fics are traditionally quite big! This kind of event gives writers an opportunity to write a complete, longer fic and release it into the wild all at once.

Event FAQs What is a big bang? Despite the name, it has nothing to do with the cosmos! It's a fun event where writers and artists collaborate together to create a new project. First, writers propose the stories they want to write. Next, artists are matched with a story that inspires them.
