#OTD, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. His voice, his fight, and his dream live on. Rest in power, Dr. King. #TheMarchContinues

I really wish people would stop referring to the carnage in the federal government as “restructuring” or “reorganization” and call it what it is: a coup d’etat.

The work of climate justice calls us into deep connection—with each other, the earth, and future generations. 🌍🎶 We Are Part of It 🎶🌍, performed by Lea Morris & Adam Podd for the UU Climate Justice Revival, lifts up that truth. Watch & share: www.youtube.com/watch?v=UicU... #ClimateJustice #UU

So, the new administration is working hard to make America great again. My question is...who decided that America wasn't great in the first place?

The problem is not that we are not resisting enough, or standing our ground enough. The problem is the opposition doesn't care who they hurt, or how much damage they cause. So, even if I feel that my efforts are falling on deaf ears (and they are), I have to do them anyway. It's important.

I'm trying to figure out where in the world I've been for the past few years and missed the emergence of anti-trans activist Doriane Coleman. She's become quite the anti-trans influencer nationwide, and her contributions are vile and disgusting. Can she be sent back to her place under a rock?

It's only a flesh wound!

I am feeling quite dinosaur-like tonight. I'm too old to rush anywhere, for anything. In these times, I find it hard to muster enthusiasm for anything but organized resistance to the status quo. I'll even settle for disorganized resistance, because sometimes that is more fun.

I am trying very hard to remain in the present time, not acting as though anticipated nightmares have already come to fruition. This is more difficult than it seems when at least 1/3 of the country has voted to cancel me in just about every way. That ain't right.

Glad to see this from our local sheriff. The overreach by the NC legislature is really troublesome.
