むさしの森珈琲　にてモーニングパンケーキを食べてきました。すかいらーくグループのチェーン店なので珍しい店ではないのですが、我が田舎には存在しないので都会に出向いた際にと。パンケーキとなっていますが、中が超ふわふわでスフレに近いです。ここまで柔らかいパンケーキは初めて食べました。モーニングを食べるために早朝からバスに乗ったのですが、バス乗り場である野菜売り場、昼間は問題ないのですが暗くなるとライトアップされて顔が浮かび上がるの少し怖いです笑
