Played rugby today. We won. Into the quarter finals of the cup. I think I cracked a rib or two. Bloody painful, perhaps people in their late forties should retire from rugby....

Much better 2nd half. Cooney controlled it well when he came on, Tom Stewart added a lot of value as did the props. Izzy brilliant, Flannery showed touches but is obviously rusty. Defence still needs sorted, and attack still a bit blunt at times. Much better. #ULSvEXE
