Does anyone have any tips on preventing muscle strain while writing? I prefer to take my notes by hand, but due to hyper-mobility (diagnosed), possible tendonitis (not diagnosed), and my inability to hold my pen "correctly", I end up in extreme pain and have to ice my elbow. It's very annoying.
