We just walked out of the state of the Union. My shirt showed Trump an important message: NO KINGS LIVE HERE. In the spirit of student protestors from the Civil Rights Movement, I’m proud to have protested and walked out with many of my colleagues. This is NOT a normal time.

November 29th, 2024. Mt. Tabor Park. Those are the steepest stairs I've ever climbed! I do it twice a week. Pretty good for a soon to be 62 year old. People half my age run up and down the thing while I'm gasping for air. Okay, not quite. Close though. LOL

I'm very grateful that folks are enjoying the photos I'm sharing. I've struggled with depression and anxiety my whole adult life. My very supportive wife encouraged me to find a hobby I could get lost in. Take me out of myself and my worries for a time. I found it. So again, I thank you. ❤️
