After beating Ys 1 & 2, yeah, I really like these games. Fantastic early action RPGs with bosses that know how to make combat work despite limited magic and bumping. Next up is Another Code Recollection, but I'll be plays Ys Origin soon enough.

So I’m making decent progress on tallying the GameCube votes. Still a bit to go before I finish the first 1600 but I decide to look at how many more have come in. It’s over 2600 now. 😱😱 So thanks to an offer from @ash.gvg.io, we’re double teaming this mammoth. I’d never finish in time otherwise.

I can see that I'm going to have to explicitly say no mods in the future for these Top 10s. They're rampant on GameCube and while I used to count them as a vote for the original game, I saw someone vote with a different mod of the same game in every slot. It's easier to delete than double check.

Well I was relatively happy with my tax return this year. And it is nice to have. What’s not so nice is the $750 to fix a broken piston cylinder in my car. Definitely better than not fixing it but it would be nice to keep extra money on occasion.

I really enjoyed Devil May Cry, but it was at its best when it relished in being like the games. Everything else is great commentary, but too raw from what's happening in the world. It doesn't fit the stupid cool ethos of DMC. Episode 6 was an absolute highlight though.

There have been 1200(!!!) votes so far meaning there's no way the GameCube won't easily clear the N64's record. I've got to start tallying immediately because this could be rough. Get your votes in and PLEASE check your spelling. I've seen misspellings of 'Sunshine' and 'Twilight' and I'm concerned.
