This is the latest on the shootings in Minnesota of two lawmakers and their spouses. The Governor just spoke and the news is absolutely heartbreaking that Rep. Hortman and her husband are dead and Sen. Hoffman and his wife are fighting for their lives. Shooter is at large and had a manifesto.
