Sure. Won’t make you a less sour person. Did you enjoy the win? Any if the other wins? Or do they disturb your narrative.

Charlie’s a national treasure (whether you agree with his politics or not)

Just stop.

1. You’re not a truck driver 2. The world is ready for EV commercial transportation. See for example CHINA.

Everything else is higher? Mountains in every direction from the Lower Mainland.

More. Sticking to my pre-season 91 wins prediction. Buyers in July is nice, eh?

"This Northern Lights Ports Alliance reflects a new level of Arctic cooperation," says Novaporte CEO Albert Barbusci. www.nationalobserver.com/2025/06/24/n...

Plugging in overnight is better than a long drive in 1/8th of a tank

Trump throwing a military parade for himself despite never serving in the military is a metaphor for his entire existence.

Well, or the Tigers ante up two starters

If Trump/America wants to pay to build a mine, they can have first dibs at the product at the market price. Tariffs are a tax on their own populace and a limit on trade that hurts Canada, 100% economically illiterate and harmful. Exclusive deal at a market clearing price on a commodity is positive

That’s a whole different conversation, isn’t it? This is a possible business deal. The tariff stupidity is just completely stupid from the get-go

Depends on the price of sale, no? If price is higher than auction, good deal. Lower bad

Why are you such a sour person?

Let’s cross that bridge when necessary. So many ways to fund road work once punitive taxation has finally exterminated emissions

Sorry? Hiring more soldiers is the ultimate in supporting working class unemployed

Miami now up on Tampa Bay. Too early for scoreboard watching?

BTW, disagree with you on CC&S, Max, simply because the technology improvements in CC&S could get the price to zero and electricity from renewable still cheaper than fossil fuels because already cheaper today

Why would I not believe this? Predicted a 91 win team pre-season. No reason to change that.

This was my thought in seeing the decarbonized phrasing of the statement. Carney is not doing the heavy lifting here, just saying net zero is real, ship all you want. But on your dime, including the needed emissions abatement.

Mark Carney's first meeting with Canada's premiers resulted in an agreement to pursue projects that export "decarbonized oil and gas". How that helped avoid a confrontation with Danielle Smith — and why it puts the pressure squarely on her. www.nationalobserver.com/2025/06/05/o...

How about rolling back Chinese EV tariffs in exchange? Win-win, and pisses off Musk but maybe not Trump anymore

Charlie is on a roll!

The Governors understand who pays tariffs- lower income Americans.

The governors called the relationship “a cherished one, founded on mutual financial advantages and centuries-old familial and cultural bonds that supersede politics.” www.nationalobserver.com/2025/05/26/n...

Bull. Our 2020 model year Tesla 3 from November has not degraded in the slightest. In the meantime I’ve banked what? $3k a year? In fuel costs to go against that mythical battery replacement.

Tesla’s early mover advantage is gone. Better/cheaper cars from multiple rivals.

EVs about the same price as new or used cars if you compare new or used EVs in same class. Folks need to stop comparing new EV to used gasoline cars.

Really hate the overuse of ‘hard-working’ by all politicos. I’d rather have less need for hard work on my part, thank you.

Whether it's about Pierre Poilievre's riding or the recount results in Terrebonne, Conservatives are now openly second-guessing the legitimacy of Canada's recent election. They might want to think about how that's worked out for the Republican Party. www.nationalobserver.com/2025/05/14/o...

Great job, GBC! > George Brown College just launched new solar energy technician and solar panel installer certificate programs to prepare students for solar installation jobs. The two new courses are online and asynchronous so students can tackle the conte www.nationalobserver.com/2025/05/09/n...

This is the best baseball I’ve seen the #BlueJays play this year. They’re finally separating from someone instead of letting them stick around for another 4-2 game. This will be a massive shift in momentum going into an off day at 20-20.

How did Yimi get out of that?

Well, your 2nd answer was sillier than the first, but this totally wins the discussion. Bye.

That was an amazing word salad. Yikes!

What causes your skepticism? Love to hear the barriers you think exist

“Things are changing very rapidly. This is an occasion for a big rethink of the auto sector canon. We can’t continue to think conventionally." APMA's Flavio Volpe www.nationalobserver.com/2025/05/09/a...

Despite a bruising election campaign, Mark Carney is willing to help Pierre Poilievre get back into the House of Commons as quickly as possible. It's a sign of his seriousness as prime minister — and his growing skill as a politician. www.nationalobserver.com/2025/05/06/o...

Who is JD Tuccille when he/she is at home?

Pierre Poilievre in a nutshell. If ever there was a case to drain the swamp...

Hahaha… OK. Turns out there are much better EVs from other companies these days.

Hey @mark-carney.bsky.social now that the election is over, how about we stop tarriffing BYD EV cars out of the Canadian market for the US government and Tesla. Let's make a deal with China for production and charging tech. Time to diversify. #cdnpoli #BYD #bringBYDtoCanada #evcars

I like it.

There are far more #FirstNations objecting to #AB #DanielleSmith than just Sturgeon Lake Cree, Mikisee Cree and Onion Lake Cree Nations. I just have yet to see a line that made me as giddy as “free to apply for citizenship elsewhere.” 🙇🏼‍♀️ Thank you Indigenous for standing up. #ABPoli #CdnPoli

We will agree to disagree. Have a good night.

Sure. But it’s not ‘one of the Conservatives 3 main priorities.’

A $4bn per year tax increase is not nothing, but it doesn’t move the dial. Not one of the Conservatives main priorities, but of course a Conservative government would cut it.
