If you live in or around NYC, Samascott Orchards probably sells at your local farmers market, and they have some sort of co-marketing agreement with the Cornell University Ag Sciences research orchards to sell locally developed varietals and they are _amazing_.

Incredible that NYC’s real estate industry is falling for Cuomo, who passed the strictest rent controls in the country in 2019. It’s all vibes with them.
