Probably considered a child’s meal for dinner tonight. Pork sausages, fried onions, tomato, button mushrooms and hand cut chips. Very tasty and most enjoyable. As a child my mum or aunt would make this on large platters for us all to share from loads of sweet fried onions and eggs if we wanted.👍🐝🍜🍽️
