The worst thing (in my experience) about a back injury - worse even than the sometimes terrifying physical pain - is the way time seems to stand still as your whole life is put on hold until you're physically able to do simple things again.

Just an FYI, you can easily ban Twitter/X links in your Discord servers with Discord's built in tools. Server settings -> Safety Setup -> AutoMod -> Block Custom Words. Add these in "Choose your words": ://twitter.com, ://x.com
