Getting closer and closer to the release of Dune Awakening! I had this pre-ordered as soon as I could. Just the standard edition, so I'm waiting till June 10th. Gives me more time to finish Morrowind.

I'm still playing through Morrowind. Much slower pace than I remember, but I'm liking it. Apparently this was the open world experience I've been looking for.

Oh, the feels just hit hard thinking about my fur baby who used to sit on my lap when I was working. It's been over a year and it still hurts. I miss you buddy. 😢

I'm not having good luck lately. You know you have a bad infection when the first antibiotic you are prescribed isn't enough and you have to put on a second, stronger one. I really hope this works as the next steps aren't going to be fun.

Okay, I really need to see what's going on with Star Wars Battlefront 2 and why it's popping up so much lately. Making me want to reinstall it.

I'm so happy I still have my original strategy guide for Morrowind when I first played the game on Xbox. True, I can find it all online, but this completes the retro feel. 😎

This is what I needed right now. The nostalgia is hitting just right and I'm enjoying revisiting this game. I think I might actually beat it this time. 🎮

Found out this week that my time at my current job may be cut shorter than expected because return to work is likely going to become mandatory. I was hired as full remote because I'm not in the same state with an office and I have no intentions of moving. Trying my best to relax. 🙁

Started S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl and it's not quite clicking for me right now. Instead, I'm going to start playing Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. I played the hell out of this when it first released, but I never beat the main story. The only ES game I've played and never beat.

I was wondering what I was going to play next and found a surprise in my GOG account. I knew about the enhanced editions of the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy when they were announced and was wondering if I'd get them for free since I owned them already on GOG. Yep, the answer is yes.

Wrapped up my day playing a little bit of everything in the Capcom Fighting Collection 2. I was surprised how well I did in each of them. Granted, my expectations were super low. Good to know I'm not that bad. 😆

I did it. Completed Special Feature Two of Alan Wake Remastered. Looking forward to eventually playing 2.

Little know original DOOM facts #doom #retrogames

Well I just bummed myself out. I was looking to add Alan Wake 2 to my Steam wishlist and found out it was only released on the Epic Games Store on PC. It never got a Steam release, at least not yet. Not a huge fan of Epic, but might have to make an exception.

Special episode 1 of Alan Wake completed. I wasn't sure what the DLC was going to be and glad I decided not to wait.

Finished episode 6 and completed the main story of Alan Wake. I really enjoyed the story. Combat was still rough for me, so episode 6 was brutal for me. Definitely going to play the DLC still and looking forward to playing Alan Wake 2.

I completely lost track of the Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time and had no idea it releases tomorrow. I also didn't realize it was releasing on Steam. Shoot, this is so tempting as I've been waiting for this since the original on 3DS. store.steampowered.com/app/2993780/...

The story keeps getting more interesting. Finished episode 4 of Alan Wake. The rock stage is definitely my favorite part so far. Working on episode 5 now and I'm fairly sure I've got a big fight coming up.

Finished episode 3 and probably just past the half way point in episode 4 of Alan Wake. I'm loving the story. And now the game is making me want to watch Twin Peaks. I've never watched it. I just need to figure where I can watch it.

Did a lot of work in the backyard yesterday and didn't get much of a chance to play anything. Fixing that today with some more Alan Wake. Still working on episode 3.

Post your favorite shows of all time.

Nice start to my weekend. Slept in after a long week and got some cafe con leches to start the day. We have some backyard work today, but that will be later.

My copy of Capcom Fighting Collection 2 came in today. Still playing Alan Wake, but going to sneak in some fun retro fighter games this weekend.

I've completed the first two episodes and partway through episode 3 in Alan Wake. I'm fully invested in the story. Not so thrilled with the combat though; but that has more to do with my situational awareness, or lack there of. Getting a little better at it.

Well shoot. Between this and the new Capcom Fighter Collection tomorrow l, this is a good week for retro fighter game. youtube.com/watch?v=_ujP...

Time to start playing something new. I was debating between Alan Wake Remastered and Spider-Man: Miles Morales. I decided I'm finally going to play Alan Wake for the first time.

Not working today to take my wife to a medical procedure. Nothing major, just killing time while I wait. Switching between reading more of Dungeon Crawler Carl (absolutely loving this book!) and playing some retro games on my Anbernic.
