Just read a story about Republican plans for Medicare. They want to close the lowest cost area in the country to set rates, then make the patient pay the difference. I’m sure this will force most into an advantage plan. Thus essentially privatizing Medicare.

I have an idea to assist Musk in cutting government spending. Why not have the Heritage Foundation pay the five conservative Supreme Court Judges instead of us. They are de facto employees anyway. Trump can pay federal judges such as Cannon. He is a billionaire after all. The money we could save!
