Today's bread is a basic white farmhouse bread. The loaf was baked in a covered Dutch oven at 450° for 30 mins, then its lid was removed and baked for an additional 30 mins. As always, a pan of water was kept in the oven during the bake time. #cottagecore #artisanbread #grandmacore #homemadebread
